Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") created by the developer as an Ad-Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS."
1. Overview & Data Collection Summary
The Application itself does not directly collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
All user progress, game settings, and trivia scores are stored locally on your device’s internal storage (e.g., via Android SharedPreferences or a local database) and are never uploaded to any external servers operated by the developer.
2. Advertising & Third-Party Service Providers
To keep the Application free, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. While the developer does not directly collect your personal data, Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-personally identifiable technical identifiers to serve advertisements.
Data processed by Google AdMob may include:
IP address
Advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
Device identifiers, OS version, and hardware model
App performance data and crash logs

3. European Union (GDPR) & UK GDPR Disclosures
If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you are granted specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Legal Basis for Processing: Where personalized or non-personalized advertisements are displayed via Google AdMob, processing is based either on your explicit Consent or our Legitimate Interest in funding the development of the Application. You can manage or revoke your consent choices at any time through the in-app privacy consent banner or your Android device's privacy settings.
Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data held by advertising partners, as well as the right to object to or restrict processing.
International Data Transfers: Third-party partners like Google may process advertising data on servers located outside the EEA/UK. These transfers are protected using approved legal frameworks, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
4. California Disclosures (CCPA, CPRA & CalOPPA)
A. California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA Rights
If you are a resident of California, you have the following rights regarding personal information:
Right to Know / Access: You have the right to know what categories of data are collected. As stated, the developer collects zero personal data directly. AdMob collects standard advertising diagnostics.
Right to Delete: You can delete all local application data by clearing the cache/data in your Android settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Right to Opt-Out of the "Sale" or "Sharing" of Personal Information: Under CCPA/CPRA, displaying targeted advertisements based on cross-context behavioral tracking may be broadly defined as "selling" or "sharing" data. You may opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization) or through the in-app privacy choices menu.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
B. CalOPPA Disclosures
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals: CalOPPA requires disclosure on how DNT signals are handled. Because this Application runs locally on your device and does not track users across third-party websites over time, it does not alter its behavior in response to web browser DNT signals.
Third-Party Tracking: Third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers to deliver ads within this Application as disclosed in Section 2.
Policy Update Notifications: Material changes to this policy will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
This Application is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information or advertising data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided personal information or that an ad network has inadvertently processed their device data, please contact us immediately, and we will take swift action to remove such data.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all app-specific data (progress, settings, scores) resides exclusively on your local device, you maintain full control over it. You can permanently erase all stored application data at any time by:
Opening your Android Settings.
Navigating to Apps & Notifications > [App Name] > Storage & Cache.
Selecting Clear Storage / Clear Data.
Uninstalling the Application.
